Text of Statute
(A) Whoever violates division (A) or (B) of section 5101.61 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
(B) Whoever violates division (F) of section 5101.31 or division (D) of section 5101.315 [5101.31.5] of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
(C) Whoever violates division (A) of section 5101.27 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
