IMMUNIZATIONS, CHILDRENNo pupil shall be permitted to remain in school for more than fourteen days unless he or she presents written evidence that he or she has been immunized against mumps, poliomyelitis, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, rubeola, and rubella, or is in the process of being so immunized. ORC § 3313.671 A child who has had natural rubeola, and has a signed statement from his or her parent or physician to that effect, is not required to be immunized against rubeola. ORC § 3313.671 (A) (1) A child who has had natural mumps, and has a signed statement from his or her parent or physician to that effect, is not required to be immunized against mumps. ORC § 3313.671 (A) (2) A child whose physician certifies in writing that such immunization against disease is medically contraindicated is not required to be immunized against that disease.
