Application for Licensure Examinations, Filing Deadlines

Applications to take the examination for licensure in a limited branch of medicine or surgery must be filed at the State Medical Board of Ohio offices not less than ninety days prior to the first day of the examination. Under special circumstances, later filing may be permitted at the discretion of the State Medical Board of Ohio. OAC § 4731-1-09 (E)
