Diseases, Contagious or Infectious

Except as is specifically permitted under the rules defining the scope of practice of a limited branch of medicine or surgery, no person holding such a certificate shall diagnose or treat infectious, contagious or venereal diseases, or any wound, fracture or bodily injury, infirmity or disease.
