Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy his the treatment of disorders of the human body by mental impression or suggestion only. This limited branch of medicine was previously licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board. Psychotherapy is no longer specifically licensed in Ohio. Presently, psychotherapy is considered the practice of medicine under ORC § 4731.34.
