State Medical Board, Organization

The State Medical Board shall organize by the election of a president and a supervising member, who shall be members of the Board, and a secretary, who shall be a physician in good standing in his or her profession. Each of the officers shall serve for a term of one (1) year, and they may administer oaths.  ORC §4731.02
