McGovern,
of Graff & Associates in Columbus, Ohio
was an Assistant Ohio Attorney General, representing
Ohio Department of Human Services and the State Medical
Board of Ohio. Jim then practiced with Hammond, Sewards
& Williams, in Columbus, defending professionals in
their dealings with Ohio’s Professional Regulatory
Boards. In August 2008, he joined Graff & Associates,
where his practice is focused upon defending
professionals in their dealings with: Ohio’s
Professional Regulatory Boards; employers; credentialing
organizations; and other entities. Jim is currently
serving his second term as Chairman of the Ohio State
Bar Association Administrative Law Committee and is a
member of the Administrative Law Specialization Board.
